The Wycheproof Campus of East Wimmera Health Service provides acute, aged care and community based health services to the wider Wycheproof community.

Opened in 2008, Yarra Ranges Health in Lilydale provides a range of specialist clinical services, rehabilitation and outreach services. These include day surgical services, day oncology maternity services, anti-natal care, lactation and foetal & maternal monitoring service , audiology services, ambulatory palliative care  and a specialist youth mental health service, working with the 12-25 age range. The health service aims to improve access to healthcare in disadvantaged areas of Melbourne’s outer-east and support demand management at the acute sites.

Yarram and District Health Service is located on the South Gippsland Highway in rural Victoria and serves the township of Yarram. Yarram and District Health Service offers acute care services including a 24 hour accident and emergency facility, general medical and postsurgical care, rehabilitation, respite, dialysis and palliative care.
