CVDL provides comprehensive support resources to enhance the proficiency of its VALT users. 

These resources encompass detailed guides on configuring Remote Desktop connections, implementing multi-factor authentication, mapping network drives, and establishing connections to SQL databases. Additionally, a shared Outlook mailbox is available for users to submit enquiries for expert advice and troubleshooting. CVDL also delivers real-time technical support via Microsoft Teams. CVDL is in the process of developing video tutorials to further assist VALT users, which will be released shortly.
