The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital

The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital is based in East Melbourne and is primarily an ambulatory and elective surgery centre and one of Victoria’s largest hospitals in terms of patient appointments. The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital is a world leader in eye, ear, nose and throat services and undertakes all of the State’s public general eye surgery, up to 90 per cent of special eye surgery, and almost all of Victoria’s public cochlear implant surgery.
