Yarra Ranges Health

Opened in 2008, Yarra Ranges Health in Lilydale provides a range of specialist clinical services, rehabilitation and outreach services. These include day surgical services, day oncology maternity services, anti-natal care, lactation and foetal & maternal monitoring service , audiology services, ambulatory palliative care  and a specialist youth mental health service, working with the 12-25 age range. The health service aims to improve access to healthcare in disadvantaged areas of Melbourne’s outer-east and support demand management at the acute sites. The service supports health promotion, prevention, rehabilitation and patient support services.
