Monash Medical Centre Clayton is one of Melbourne’s major acute public hospitals and provides services to the people living in the southeast of Melbourne. The hospital is a teaching and research facility of international standing providing a comprehensive range of specialist surgical, medical, allied health and mental health services to the community. The centre also provides emergency care and has a range of specialist units including a Cardiac Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Monash Medical Centre Moorabbin is home to the Monash Cancer Centre, one of Victoria’s premier integrated cancer treatment centres. This facility uniquely provides the people of southern Melbourne and beyond with access to treatment, care and support services in a single convenient location and close to where they live. It is also the location of the regional offices of the Southern Melbourne Integrated Cancer Service and BreastScreen Victoria, and a major centre for cancer-related and other medical research.

The Mount Beauty campus of Alpine Health provides a range of services including urgent care, acute care, residential aged care and community services.

Moyne Health Services is an integrated healthcare service that helps meet community healthcare of residents in Port Fairy and surrounding districts in the Moyne Shire.

The Myrtleford campus of Alpine Health provides a range of services including urgent care, acute care, residential aged care and community services.

Nathalia District Hospital is a small rural health service that provides acute care, residential aged care and a range of outpatient and visiting community health services.

The Minister for Health has approved a proposal for the voluntary amalgamation of Nathalia, Cobram and Numurkah health services, to enhance access to local health care for communities. The new organisation ‘NCN Health’ now operates under a combined management and governance structure (effective 1 July 2019).

West Wimmera Health Service is comprised of six campuses that provide a range of urgent care, acute care, residential aged care and community and home based health services.  General and emergency dental services are provided for eligible clients at community dental clinics.

The Nhill campus services include urgent care, acute care, residential aged care and community and home based health services.

North East Community Health Service incorporates the following services: the North Eastern CAT (Crisis assessment and treatment team) Service, North East Mobile Support and Treatment Service, North East Community Mental Health Service, Clinical residential rehabilitation services (Community Care Units), North East Primary Mental Health and Early Intervention Service, Austin Health - Acute Psychiatry Unit and Bunjil House - Secure Extended Care Unit.
