Speaking soon after starting in the role, Kate indicated her enthusiasm for what’s ahead.

"I'm excited to have joined VAHI to help use data to improve patient care, operations, education, and research across the Victorian health system, its a mission that I'm passionate about.”

“It’s already been lovely to meet so many new faces and hear about the great work of this group, Kate said."

Kate has extensive experience in analytics and health data and brings her leadership and advocacy skills to advance VAHI’s work across data analytics in healthcare. Kate specialises in digital health transformation, with a focus on data driven disruption - her skills and capabilities will be of great value across the Department and the Victorian health sector.
