Collection of patient experience data was paused between 2019-2020 while improvements were made to the Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey program.

Reporting of patient experience data resumed in July 2021 using the new Adult Inpatient, Adult Emergency and Maternity surveys. Data collection for Paediatric Inpatient and Emergency commenced in October 2021.
